Aaron McFarland Karnes
Aaron brings 12 years of hands-on experience in teaching, learning, and performing improvisation. With a professional background in corporate training and organizational management, he has spent over 16 years helping employees collaborate to effectively address organizational challenges. Aaron is passionate about teaching honest, intuitive communication—both verbal and non-verbal—as well as essential listening techniques that foster meaningful connections and teamwork.
Glenn “Kraz” Krasny
Kraz brings over 22 years of expertise in teaching improv and communication techniques—including verbal, non-verbal, and cross-cultural communication—alongside conflict resolution, mindfulness, presence, and contentment. As the owner of Krasny Guardianship & Case Management Services, Inc., he serves as a Professional Guardian and Case Manager, supporting clients with dementia, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and other conditions impacting mental capacity.
